When you visit or shop at Mox & Lotus, you will be presented with a variety of products and services. By using MoxAndLotus.com or its related sites and pages, you agree to abide by the following terms. Your continued use of the website implies that you accept the responsibility of knowing and following the terms, even if they may change at any time and without prior notice.


Electronic communications

By using Mox & Lotus and sending us emails, text messages, and other electronic communications, you may be communicating with us via electronic means. You consent to receiving communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notifications, or notices and messages on this site. You can retain copies of these communications for your records. All agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

Copyright, Trademarks, Patents, and Licenses

Mox & Lotus owns all the content found on the site, including graphics, text, buttons, logos, videos, audio, downloadable files, pricing information, and card databases.

Furthermore, the graphics, logos, page headers, and button icons on this site are trademarks or trade dress of Mox & Lotus in Singapore and other countries. It is prohibited to use this material outside of Mox & Lotus without express written permission, especially if it has the potential to cause confusion among customers.

Mox & Lotus may also use trademarks that are not its own, such as the Magic: The Gathering logo. The materials are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with Mox & Lotus.

Access and Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your account if you create an account on Mox & Lotus. In addition, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, including any payments due on purchases.

Mox & Lotus does sell products that are intended for ages thirteen (13) and up, but it sells them to adults who can purchase them with a credit card or other permitted payment method. You may only use Mox & Lotus under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian if you are under the age of eighteen (18). At its sole discretion, Mox & Lotus may refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.

Risks and Liability

Fully-paid orders placed with Mox & Lotus will be shipped by Mox & Lotus, and shipping responsibility is retained by Mox & Lotus until the time of shipment. Mox & Lotus is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items after the shipment is handed over to the courier service you choose during checkout.

To resolve a dispute regarding your delivery, please contact customer service at hello@moxandlotus.com. No liability is accepted by Mox & Lotus for non-delivery or late deliveries.

Products and Pricing

Our goal at Mox & Lotus is to provide the most accurate information possible in regards to card pricing and product availability. Mox & Lotus does not guarantee that product listings, prices, descriptions, quantities available, shipping times, or release dates are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

In most cases, the product price displayed on Mox & Lotus represents the current price for that product, excluding any shipping, taxes or processing fees. The price and availability of an item cannot be verified until you proceed to checkout. The shopping cart will alert you if we cannot ship any products at that time. Before checkout is completed, you will have the opportunity to select different cards, quantities, or conditions. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, an item is not available due to inventory errors, an incorrect offer, or an incorrect price. Any of these reasons could lead to us cancelling your order, or we may contact you for further instructions.

Order Confirmation

Your order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order or confirmation of our offer to sell. Upon receiving your order, we may accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason. These limits may be imposed per person, per household, per order, or in any other way. You will be notified via email if your order is rejected, lowered, or otherwise modified. A full refund will be issued if we cancel a portion of an order that we've already charged you for. Any order placed on this site may be refused by Mox & Lotus, especially if it determines that our terms and conditions are being violated.

Paying for Your Order

If you order an item from Mox & Lotus, you can pay with PayNow, Store Credit, or Mox & Lotus reward points. To make a payment with PayNow, you will receive a unique dynamic QR code. Unless payment is received within an hour, we reserve the right to cancel any order.

In the event that we accept credit cards or other equivalent payments, your credit card or other applicable payment method will be debited. You may be preauthorized at the time of ordering, affecting your available credit. When you place a pre-order with a debit card, you will be charged immediately. When you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be charged immediately. Certain factors may trigger an authorization challenge from your bank. Upon passing the authorization challenge, your order will proceed as usual.

Transactions on the SITE are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Selling to Mox & Lotus

In some cases, Mox & Lotus may purchase items from sellers who have requested that a sell order be placed. Your Sell Order Confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order nor does it constitute an offer to purchase. Mox & Lotus may accept, decline, or limit your order at any time after checkout and for any reason. You may be subject to these limits on a per-person, per-household, or per-order basis. In the event that your order is rejected, limited, or otherwise modified, we will attempt to notify you via the e-mail address you provide. Mox & Lotus reserves the right to refuse any order placed on the Site.

After receiving an order, all items will be assessed to determine their condition according to Mox & Lotus's published grading guide. Mox & Lotus determines the final condition of any item at its sole discretion. As a result, Mox & Lotus will update the invoice's offer to reflect each item's condition.

You will not be notified of the grading results before your order is completed. If you would prefer to be notified of your card grades before we finalize and pay out the order, please include a note in the customer comments of your Sell Order with this request, and we will make a good faith attempt to email you with the grades and provide you with an opportunity to request cards back, but we cannot guarantee this communication. We cannot reverse any part of the sale once an order has been finalized and incorporated into our live inventory.

We cannot pay for cards we receive but aren't listed on the invoice, or cards we don't receive by our Grading Department, even if they appear on the invoice. Payment cannot be offered if a card is not included in your sell order shipment. It is the seller's responsibility to deliver their items to Mox & Lotus' fulfillment location. Neither Mox & Lotus nor its affiliates are liable for late or non-delivery of your order.

Returns, Refunds, and Title

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Unless the items received are damaged, defective, or not as described on the site, Mox & Lotus does not provide credit, refunds, or exchanges. In order to be considered for a credit, refund, or exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. A case-by-case evaluation will be conducted for each request.

Mox & Lotus does not take title to returned items until they arrive at our business address. Occasionally, we will issue a refund without requiring a return. A refunded item does not become the property of Mox & Lotus in this case.

Taxes and Duties

You may be charged customs and import duties on orders shipped from Mox & Lotus to locations outside Singapore. The recipient is responsible for these charges. For information about your country's taxes and duties, please contact the appropriate agency.

Limitations of Liability

All information, content, materials, products and services provided by Mox & Lotus are provided "as is" and "as available". Mox & Lotus does not make any representations or warranties as to the performance or operation of Mox & Lotus services. This is in addition to any information, content, materials or products available to you. All risks associated with your use of Mox & Lotus are your own.

Mox & Lotus disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Specifically, Mox & Lotus does not warrant that its servers or electronic communications are free of viruses or other harmful components. Moreover, Mox & Lotus is not liable for any damages or losses caused by its information, content, materials, or products.

Applicable Law and Governing Jurisdiction

In using Mox & Lotus, you agree that federal law and the laws of Singapore will govern these Terms of Service. In addition, you agree that any dispute between Mox & Lotus and you.
